For The Floor was founded out of a dorm room at the University of Pennsylvania by passionate musicians and engineers who wanted to innovate new ways for producers to create music for the dance floor. Driven by the observation that many beginner producers are often frustrated with complex VST workflows, For The Floor has grounded its early tools in being simple yet inspiring. Arpify is For The Floor’s premier VST tool - an effect plug-in that turns any sound input into an arpeggiated pattern. Early testers have already been captivated by Arpify, and For The Floor is determined to leave a positive impact on the production and audio community.

What is Arpify?
Arpify is a one-knob tool turns any sound into an arpeggiated sequence. Arpify was engineered with a unique DSP algorithm that uses pitch-formation to alter any sample input. In other words, it can add sparkle to your track or bring about sounds you’d never think to make.
How do I use Arpify?
It’s quite simple: feed any sound into Arpify using your DAW’s mixer and hear the effect take place. Arpify can create a breathtaking melody under a chord, or bring out sharp notes in Bass presets that will enhance your sound design.
Will my computer/DAW work with Arpify?
Arpify currently works on Windows operating systems and macOS 15+ computers. Your DAW must support .AU or .VST/.VST3 plug-in files. Arpify does not work with Pro Tools.
How much does Arpify cost?
Arpify sells for $6.99 and includes lifetime access and updates.

Humans with years of production, musical, and engineering experience came up with the idea for Arpify and designed how it’ll be engineered and what it will look like. AI executed scripting tasks to assist in debugging and full-proofing Arpify’s functionality.
I've never heard of "For The Floor..." who are they?
For The Floor Music Technology was founded in 2026 by college students passionate about music production and audio engineering. Arpify was designed by producers with 10+ years of experience who are also students with an academic backing in music, physics, and computer science. FTFMT is not a school project - we're a company dedicated to pushing the bounds of creativity and VST limits.
